To Whom It May Concern,

RE: Harold Knoll

I have built 3 new homes in the past 23 years in Austin. The three most important things to look for in a builder are: 1- His experience in building 2- His ability to manage subcontractors and 3- His ability to handle issues when they arise. Harold manages these 3 areas VERY well. He is pleasant to work with and understands that he is building your home not your house!! He has been willing and able to get warranty items completed and has a true concern for quality. We had changes to the house plans and chose many items (tile, hardwood, granite, cabinets, lighting, etc.) from vendors of out own choosing. Harold was very accommodating and worked with us to integrate this into our plan.

We found Harold to be fair, very honest and easy to work with, helping us through some difficult issues at times. We would highly recommend Harold to anyone building a home and would welcome a call at anytime to discuss our experience.

Sincerely,

Re: Harold Knoll

We have had experiences with 4 new homes over the last 37 years. The first was 1969 and was a starter track home. The second was a model home bought in 1987 and it was a pleasant experience. The third was here in central Texas and it was a horrible experience. The builder was Hammonds Homes and they were the worst experience we have ever had.

Last year we contracted to have a custom home built. Harold Knoll was the building contractor and projects manager. This was a wonderful experience. Things went smoothly and the house was completed ahead of schedule. As expected come minor problems surfaced but Harold took care of them. He was always easy going, enthusiastic and accommodating. All in all this was a wonderful experience and we would certainly recommend Harold for a new house construction.
